The use of this service is subject to certain terms of use, which constitute a legal agreement between you and seven49.net AG. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the Terms of Use.

You can test HTML2PDF for free before purchasing it by using the demo on our website. Please note that if you have already rendered several PDFs for a specific domain using the online demo and then book the service, the counter will not be reset to zero for these specific domains. While you are using the service as a demo, the PDFs will be watermarked, making them unusable for use.

Each package contains a certain number of renderings. If you need more than the number of renderings you have booked, you can either re-book the package or upgrade to a larger package. We will notify you via email before the booked renderings are used up. If you use a spam filter, please put the domain seven49.net on the white list to ensure timely delivery. In this way you always have enough lead time to renew your package or upgrade to a larger package. As soon as the number of renderings shows a negative credit, the watermark will be displayed in the PDFs. If you would like to stop the service in advance, please let us know. We will then reduce your account to a demo account or delete it for you.

The average value per rendering should not be more than 10 PDFs. Higher values are possible by arrangement.

The formula for more than 25 pages PDF is: Number of pages in PDF / 10 = credits needed. The absolute maximum is 500 pages and can be changed at any time with effect for performance (in order to keep the service fast enough for other customers) or for technical reasons.

All HTML2PDF packages include free email support. However, support does not include programming, error debugging, troubleshooting in the customer's application, etc.

The purchased number of renderings is valid for a maximum of 24 months. seven49.net AG cannot extend the validity.

seven49.net AG may deactivate the customer account at any time. When closing the account, seven49.net AG will reimburse the customer the fee paid in proportion to the use (50% of the time, 50% number of PDF renderings). Should the customer violate applicable law or the terms of use set forth herein, seven49.net AG may close the account without any refund of payments already made.

The customer only receives the above mentioned right to render URLs in PDFs and additionally the email support. The customer does not receive any PDF rendering component / software license or other rights.

seven49.net AG may change the rendering software at any time and is not responsible for any changes in the (X)HTML or CSS code, should these become necessary. We recommend our customers to use valid (X)HTML and CSS. The HTML2PDF service is designed to render valid, simple printer-friendly URLs. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure this and to prepare the URLs accordingly. It is strongly recommended to create the URLs according to the standards of w3c.org

We have servers in Europe and the USA with a fail over. In 2014 we had an availability of 99.975% including maintenance. We use dozens of monitoring servers worldwide for monitoring. If you need higher availability or servers in other regions, this can be set up within a few days.

seven49.net AG assumes no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against seven49.net AG relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are excluded, unless there is evidence of wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of seven49.net AG. All offers are subject to change and non-binding. seven49.net AG expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior notice or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.

seven49.net AG receives the only personal information about its users from PayPal.com, through which all payment transactions are processed, and from user e-mails sent to us. After verification of a payment by the user, PayPal.com will send an order confirmation to seven49.net AG. The confirmation letter contains the debtor, the personal data such as name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number. PayPal.com never sends credit card information to seven49.net AG from the payer. seven49.net AG does not share personal information about users of the service with third parties.

seven49.net AG reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. There will be no explicit reference to the change of the terms of use. The terms of use are to be checked periodically for changes.

These terms of use and all legal relations between the users and the HTML2PDF website are subject exclusively to Swiss law. Should individually provisions of the Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Terms of Use shall remain unaffected. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Worb (BE, Switzerland).
